MEDIA ADVISORY: MU “Cosmic Conversations” to Discuss Exoplanets

WHAT: During May’s “Cosmic Conversations,” Aaron Kaberline, will talk about the possibility of life on exoplanets, or planets not in our solar system. He will discuss the Goldilocks zone, where physical conditions are “just right” for life as we know it.
This is the last “Cosmic Conversations” seminar of the semester. The University of Missouri Department of Physics and Astronomy in the College of Arts and Science and the Central Missouri Astronomical Association host the monthly lecture series.
Laws Observatory, an observatory deck on the fifth floor of the physics building, will be open after each lecture to view the stars.
