MEDIA ADVISORY: MU Truman School of Public Affairs to Award Regional Administrator with Mel Carnahan Public Service Award

WHAT : The University of Missouri Harry S Truman School of Public Affairs will honor Jason Klumb, Regional Administrator of the Heartland Region of the U.S. General Services Administration, with the Mel Carnahan Public Service Award.

Klumb will be presented with the fifth Mel Carnahan Public Service Award for his contribution to public service.

WHO : Jason Klumb, Regional Administrator of the Heartland Region of the U.S. General Services Administration.

Raised in Butler, Mo., Klumb has a long record of leadership in Missouri government and politics. At 24, he served the Missouri House of Representatives as one of the state’s youngest representatives. Klumb is an alumnus of the University of Missouri School of Law, William Jewell College and the London School of Economics.
