Rich and Nancy Kinder of Houston, Texas, have given a $25 million gift to the University of Missouri through their philanthropic foundation, the Kinder Foundation. This gift will create the Kinder Institute on Constitutional Democracy and will promote excellence in teaching and scholarship about American constitutional and democratic principles, history and traditions.
