MEDIA ADVISORY: Public Can Experience Lunar Eclipse At MU Observatory

WHAT: Laws Observatory at the University of Missouri will open to the public early on Tuesday, Dec. 21, for the full lunar eclipse.
For a better view of the sky, MU officials will turn off the lights on Stankowski and Faurot fields and the MU greenhouses.
WHERE: Laws Observatory, Physics Building, MU Campus
Laws Observatory is located on the fifth floor of the Physics Building.
WHEN: 11 p.m., Monday, Dec. 20 to 3 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 21
