WHAT: This week’s Saturday Morning Science discussion at the University of Missouri features Cheryl Rosenfeld, whose topic is, “Environmental toxins and offspring health: what pregnant women should know.”
Rosenfeld will discuss how a mother’s exposure to environmental toxins can manipulate gene expression and lead to disease in offspring.
Saturday Morning Science is a weekly series of lectures on scientific topics. No science background is required to attend, just an interest in science and the topic.
