CALENDER EVENT: MU Welcomes Family and Friends to Family Weekend 2011

WHAT: The University of Missouri will welcome family and friends of MU students to campus as part of Family Weekend. Family Weekend is an opportunity for families to spend time with students and take part in the Mizzou student experience. Several activities and events, many of which are free, will be offered to MU students and their families during the weekend.
Events include a tour of Chancellor Brady Deaton’s home, the oldest building on campus, a comedy show in Jesse Auditorium and an MU football game. Tickets for the comedy show are $5 for students and $8 for the public; tickets for the football game can be purchased through MU Athletics.
MU families also have the opportunity to attend certain classes. A list of classes will be available at check-in at the MU Student Center.
