MEDIA ADVISORY: MU School of Law to Host Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Conference, Launch New Center

WHAT: The University of Missouri School of Law will officially launch its new Center for Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship by hosting a conference, “IP and the University: Issues for Academics, Entrepreneurs and Lawyers.” The conference will address intellectual property law issues faced by the university community.
The new Center for Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship will better prepare students of the MU School of Law for the changing legal marketplace. It also will support campus interdisciplinary efforts in related fields such as business, finance and technology.
WHO: Speakers include faculty members from the MU School of Law as well as lawyers, academic administrators and business leaders from across campus and the state.
