WHAT: The MU Department of Religious Studies will host the eighth annual Distinguished Lecture on Religion and Public Life on April 12. Guest speaker, Judith Weisenfeld, the Agate Brown and George L. Collard Professor of Religion at Princeton University, will present, “Apostles of Race: Religion and Black Racial Identity in the Great Migration.”

WHO: The lecture is free and open to the public

WHERE: Jesse Wrench Auditorium, Memorial Union, MU Campus

WHEN: 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 12

NOTE: A reception will follow the lecture.
