MEDIA ADVISORY: MU Chancellor Cartwright to lead discussion about university engagement in Missouri

WHAT: University of Missouri Chancellor Alexander N. Cartwright will give a public address on the university’s role in engagement throughout the state of Missouri.
WHO: Chancellor Cartwright will be joined by Vice Chancellor for Extension and Engagement Marshall Stewart. Other panelists include:
- Dan Cassidy, chief administrative officer of the Missouri Farm Bureau
- Kathleen Quinn, associate dean for rural health in the MU School of Medicine
- Karen Buschmann, vice-president of communications and strategic initiatives with the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- Jody Squires, regional director for the urban region of MU Extension
Those invited include MU Extension leaders, alumni, community and business leaders and students from the Springfield Clinical Campus.
