MEDIA ADVISORY: MU celebrates new pledge from students to Women’s and Children’s Hospital

WHAT: University of Missouri administrators and students will celebrate a substantial pledge made by leaders from MizzouThon, an MU student-led philanthropic organization. The money will help support the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and music therapy programs at the MU Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
WHO: Speakers include:
- Alexander Cartwright, MU chancellor
- Keri Simon, executive director of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital
- John Pardalos, director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Brittani Langland, executive director of MizzouThon
WHEN: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4
WHERE: Mizzou Student Center, Main floor, Common area
