Media Advisory: MU to announce gift to benefit Mizzou New Music Initiative

WHAT:           An announcement regarding a substantial gift to continue the programs and efforts of the Mizzou New Music Initiative. The Mizzou New Music Initiative is part of the School of Music in the College of Arts and Science.

WHO:              Speakers include:

• • • Jeanne Sinquefield, founder of the Sinquefield Charitable Foundation

• • • Jack Snelling, composition student at the School of Music

• • • Patricia Okker, dean of the College of Arts and Science

• • • Julia Gaines, director of the School of Music
