MEDIA ADVISORY: MU to Host Senator McCaskill for Two Speaking Engagements

WHAT: The Missouri Law Veterans Society and the University of Missouri will host Senator Claire McCaskill, who will perform a speaking engagement at the MU School of Law followed by a lecture at the MU Trulaske College of Business.
As a member of the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee, Sen. McCaskill will hold a question and answer session with law students and the Missouri Law Veterans Society about veterans’ issues.
Immediately following that lecture, Sen. McCaskill will give the Schram Lecture in International Business to students of the MU Trulaske College of Business, where she will discuss the intersection of business and politics. Sen. McCaskill, the senior U.S. Senator from Missouri, serves as chairman for the U.S. Senate subcommittees on Financial & Contracting Oversight and Consumer Protection, Product Safety and Insurance.
