MEDIA ADVISORY: New York Times Best-Selling Author to Speak at MU

WHO:
David Finch, a New York Times best-selling author, will visit the University of Missouri to share his enlightening story of living with Asperger Syndrome and how understanding his condition helped him become a better husband.

The Journal of Best Practices, a memoir of Finch’s marriage and his life with Asperger Syndrome, was published in January 2012 and now is a New York Times Best Seller. Finch’s essays also have been published in The New York Times, The Huffington Post and Psychology Today.

The presentation is a part of the MU Thompson Center Exceptional Achievement Lecture Series sponsored by the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
