MEDIA ADVISORY: College of Education to announce record-breaking awards

WHAT: An announcement regarding record-breaking awards for the University of Missouri College of Education will be made Wednesday morning. In the afternoon, the college will be hosting its annual Research Day, where students and faculty will be presenting research they have been working on in a poster session.
WHO: Speakers for the morning’s awards announcement include:
- Alexander Cartwright, MU Chancellor
- Christie Terry, director of eMINTS National Center
- Christi Bergin, associate dean for research and innovation, College of Education
- Johannes Strobel, professor, College of Education
- Severin Roberts, senior director of advancement, College of Education
- Kathryn Chval, Dean of the College of Education
Tyrone C. Howard, associate dean for equity and inclusion at UCLA, will be the guest speaker for the College of Education’s Research Day.
